A record isn’t proof of poor work: busy companies do more jobs and so collect more records, and many fines concern paperwork or staff certificates. Ask the company about anything here. Checked Nov 2, 2026 with Washington L&I. Full record: QUICKSA992KH. What this covers.

Quicksilver Audio has a showroom at 307 N. Columbia Center Blvd. in Kennewick and says it has been locally owned and operated since 1978. It recently added a Chelan Valley location serving Chelan, Manson, Wenatchee and surrounding communities (phone (509) 449-2349).

Residential solutions on its site: home automation (Control4), home audio and video, home theaters and media rooms, home networking, intelligent lighting and automated shades (Lutron HomeWorks, Ketra), security and alarm with smart door locks, video surveillance, and structured wiring. The Kennewick store has demo rooms including a dedicated theater.

On alarms, its security page recommends 24/7 monitoring by a dedicated monitoring station for a fee but does not say which station it uses. It also does commercial AV for conference rooms, bars and offices.
