Island Security has installed alarm systems since 1978 from offices on Mercer Island, serving the greater Puget Sound region. Its services include home burglar alarms, fire alarms, access control, camera systems with digital video recorders, intercoms and custom wiring, for homes and businesses.
It says it has monitored customers since 1978 from its own monitoring station, which it describes as UL-listed, and that a person, not an automated service, answers its business phone around the clock. The cities it names include Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Mercer Island, Renton and Tacoma.
