High-Tech Living Experience has installed home technology for Seattle-area homeowners, builders and designers since 2009. Its services are home theaters, whole-home and outdoor audio, smart home control (lights, shades, music, TVs, locks, thermostat and alarm on one app, keypads or a touchscreen), lighting and shades, network and Wi-Fi, surveillance cameras, video door and gate intercoms, and Deep Sentinel live-guard cameras.

Its home security systems use Alarm.com with a keypad or phone app, built-in cellular and backup battery, and 24/7 professional monitoring; the site does not say who runs the monitoring center, so it is not listed here as an alarm company. It says there is no long-term contract and the customer buys and owns the equipment. Its service-area page lists cities from Seattle and the Eastside to Everett, Mount Vernon, Whidbey and Camano islands and the San Juan Islands.
