Distinctive Audio & Video designs and installs home technology from an office in Auburn, for new construction and existing homes in the Seattle and Bellevue area. Its work covers media rooms and hidden audio-video, multi-room music and video, universal remotes, lighting control, motorized window shades, home networking (wired and wireless) and security cameras viewable on a phone or touch panel, with the touch panel also usable as a video intercom at the door.
For whole-home control it names Control4 and Savant on its products page, and its gallery shows RTI control interfaces. Its security page also describes alarm systems integrated with lighting and cameras, but the site does not say how alarms are monitored.
