Bulger Safe & Lock has been a family-owned lock and security company since 1961, with a shop and showroom in Lake City, North Seattle, and field technicians covering Seattle, Bothell, Bellevue, Shoreline, Kenmore, Everett and places in between. It works for homes, condominium and apartment complexes, churches and businesses: door reinforcement, high-security and restricted-keyway locks (it names Medeco and Abloy Protec2), rekeying, keyless entry, access control and camera systems.
Its electrical license covers the access control and camera work; it is not listed here under locksmiths because no locks-and-security contractor registration was found for it.
